Message First off, thanks for the feed back.

Sorry to hear that the driveshaft order didn't go as smootly as it should have.
I know that most of us are perfectly aware of the procedure for properly handling orders to APO addresses. However, I was under the impression that everyone was, as I have addressed it with everyone several times.
I'll be addressing your situation with the guys in shipping tomorrow.

For us to leave Z1 and go to the post office, stand in line for nearly an hour sometimes, and deal with incompetant employees there of the nth degree to ship one order is sometimes hard to justify but we've always done it for our customers in the military. It's really a pretty big undertaking to make an APO shipment happen as most of us in the front usually don't even get time to leave for lunch. We are just structured around fulfilling shipments for a 7:30 pm FedEx pick-up. However, I've never said or heard any of the guys here say that they wouldn't do it or even complain about it.
Sometimes they don't go out as quick as regular shipments but they do go out. I'm sorry if someone to Z1 was rude about the situation. John does not go to the post office because it isn't in his job description to do so. I hope he was just misunderstood in what he meant.

Can you let me know if you specified priority shipping?
I realize that parcel post is very slow and should only be used when cost is the #1 concern.
